TRB Refractories values the professional development of its employees

Amid a period of profound industrial transformation, TRB Réfractaires reaffirms its commitment to the training and professional development of its employees.

This commitment is exemplified by the success of four TRB employees who recently earned certification as operators of automated machinery and equipment following a vocational training program leading to a professional qualification.

Training to Support Industrial Transformation

To keep pace with the ongoing technological changes at the TRB site in Nesles, these four employees completed a two-month certification program at the AFPI in Saint-Martin-Boulogne, with financial support from Transitions Pro Hauts-de-France.

This training program enabled them to earn a recognized professional certification directly related to the operation and management of the new automated systems installed at the TRB site in Nesles as part of the WINEI project.

A collective tribute

On March 12, TRB and the CB Group wished to celebrate this achievement during an internal ceremony, a special occasion to recognize the dedication and professionalism of the employees involved. Congratulations to the certified employees: Sullivan Ritaine, Éric Rambur, Jonathan Duflos, and Benoît Lamesch. In total, 12 of our employees have completed these programs of excellence, with the four new recipients joining the eight employees certified in 2024.

Through this initiative, TRB Réfractaires remains true to its commitments and reaffirms its commitment to placing people at the heart of its industrial strategy, convinced that sustainable innovation depends above all on the skills and dedication of its teams.
