Industrial Field Trip to the Ferques Quarry for Children from the Maisons des Enfants de la Côte d’Opale
The CB Group welcomed about 20 children from the Maisons des Enfants de la Côte d’Opale for an immersive experience at the Carrières du Boulonnais in Ferques. It was a day dedicated to exploring different careers, the stone production process, and industrial tourism.

Prefectural visit to the heart of the CB Group
The CB Group was delighted to welcome Bertrand Gaume, Prefect of the Hauts-de-France region, to its headquarters in Leulinghen-Bernes, accompanied by representatives from the Hauts-de-France Regional Directorate for Environment, Development and Housing (DREAL) and the Pas-de-Calais sub-prefecture. This meeting was followed by an immersion in the Ferques Quarry, the largest open-pit quarry in France and a truly iconic site in the region.
