A competition linked to apprenticeship
We are delighted and proud to have been awarded second prize in the Pépites de l'alternance competition for companies with 250 to 1,000 employees in the Hauts-de-France region.
Les Pépites de l'alternance is a federative competition that promotes excellence in companies' work-study processes. The aim of the competition is to promote companies and their best practices in work-study programs. It honors virtuous and innovative companies in terms of sourcing, recruitment, support, post-training follow-up and employer branding.
This award is a fine recognition of the work carried out by Marianne PAVY, the Group's HR Development Manager, and the many tutors who work on a daily basis to ensure the integration and training of work-study students.
