We see the women and men of the company as a source, with their own motivations and aspirations, working together to achieve a common goal, and not as a de facto "exhaustible" resource.
We are convinced that our activities contribute positively to the human condition by improving living conditions and developing the infrastructure needed by society.
We must continue to contribute in this way, while reducing our impact on non-renewable resources and helping to build a world that is more respectful of women and men, the planet and their future...
