Production
This family of professions includes site machine operators, plant operators, production line operators, drillers, miners for our quarry sites, smoke-producing masons, control operators and supervisors for the refractory sector.
Innovation
Design office, engineering, Research and Development, these professions aim to improve and enhance the know-how of the industry by offering new, innovative products and services that respond to new market trends and are adapted to environmental constraints.
These include design office engineers/technicians, product experts, design and development managers and research engineers.
Transport, logistics, supply chain
This family includes professions involved in the planning, preparation and delivery of products requested, within deadlines and constraints. They include transport managers, transport and customs managers, supply chain assistants, sales administration assistants, rail coordinators and logistics agents.
Sales and customer relations
These professions contribute to the commercial development of our sectors, and work to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.
Business development, export sales, sales assistant, sales manager, contract manager...
Maintenance, project and industrial performance
These professions aim to optimize the use of all production tools, equipment, facilities and flows.
These include maintenance technicians, automation engineers, electricians, industrial project managers and project managers.
Quality
This category includes professions such as systems quality managers, product quality managers and laboratory assistants, all of whom play a crucial role in ensuring that our products comply with the specifications and standards respectively set for our supply chains.
Team management
Within this family of managerial professions, we find operating engineers, site managers, team leaders, manufacturing and production managers, industrial managers, sales managers... all working to lead teams and achieve results.
Support functions
These functions, which are essential to the smooth running of the company, include purchasing, communication, marketing, IT, accounting, human resources, legal affairs, property management and health, safety and environment.
