Recap of the 2nd Edition of The Sécuritour
During October/November 2023, and for the second year running, all Groupe CB employees were invited to take part in the Sécuritour organized at all sites. Tailor-made workshops, events and challenges were created and run BY Group HSE employees FOR employees. That's what "getting employees involved" is all about!
410 participants were able to take part in this "safety tour", representing almost 80% of the total workforce.
10 Group sites welcomed the HSE team to set up workshops.
8 workshop themes: Muscle awareness - Think before you act - Serious game - Biodiversity - Alcohol/drug addiction - Firefighting - Seat adjustment/vibration - Chemical risks.
10 animators shared the workshops and challenges on all sites.
