Governance at the service of the Groupe CB
Groupe CB General Management
Franck and Gilles POULAIN, representatives of the4th generation of shareholders, have been at the helm of the CB Group for over 25 years.
Since June 2024, Gilles has been at the head of the Group, and is Chairman and CEO of CBase, the parent company of Groupe CB.
The next generation in the Group, Thibaut and Ludovic POULAIN, are preparing to succeed him.
Executive Board
The Groupe CB is managed by an Executive Board, which determines the direction of the Group's business activities, ensuring its long-term viability and creating value in line with the vision defined by its shareholders.

The Executive Board comprises 9 administrators
5 family directors, Franck Poulain, Gilles Poulain, Benoit Demuynck and two representatives of the 5th Generation, Victor and Grégoire Poulain.
4 independent, non-family administrators: Frédérique Delavaud, Olivier Verley, Philippe Hourdain and Joël Bouré, who contribute and enrich the Board's discussions with their business and/or market expertise, their knowledge of the region and/or of heritage companies, and more broadly, their critical and "fresh" view of the activities developed by the Groupe CB.
The Board of Directors is chaired by Gilles Poulain.
