For more than 35 years, COSYLVA (located in Bourganeuf in the CREUSE region of France) has been working in partnership with design offices and carpenters to develop an industrial, technical and competitive range of glued-laminated frames made mainly from French wood.

Missions

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will play a key role between sales and production. Your responsibilities will include :

  • provide technical assistance to the sales department in the costing and feasibility analysis of projects
  • prepare files prior to production launch
  • check that the information transmitted by the sales department matches the technical possibilities of the production department
  • monitor and update the various stages of order processing and the provisional production schedule by computer

Expected profile

You are the candidate we would like to meet if you have :

  • Technical training in management, design, methods or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • the ability to understand, analyze and apply a methodology
  • the ability to communicate with various company contacts and customers.
  • computer skills (CADWORK would be a plus)
  • a real curiosity about the wood industry

The position is full-time, 35 hours, and is based in Bourganeuf (23).
