What if ... you joined Carrières du Boulonnais as a laboratory technician? ?
You have a BAC +2 in chemistry/analytical techniques, and experience in an aggregates or industrial laboratory. We're offering you the chance to take part in the management and monitoring of aggregate analysis work at Ferques' Boulonnais quarries!
What we entrust to you
- Collect samples for analysis
- Perform standard physical tests for aggregates: grain size / MB and VBS cleanliness / flattening / LA.
- Prepare chemical samples using dedicated tools
- Use X-ray fluorescence (FX) to quantify chemical constituents
- Calibrate, develop and implement analysis methods for FX
- Enter analysis results using the WIL software tool
- Interpreting results
- Draft and circulate non-conformities
- Carry out regulatory checks (metrology) on the laboratory's equipment
- Perform routine laboratory maintenance operations
You will work in accordance with the company's safety and environmental rules.
Your qualities
With a BAC +2 in chemistry, you can rely on your knowledge and/or experience in spectrometry and industrial laboratory analysis. You like to take initiative and work as part of a team.
Knowledge of X-ray fluorescence is a plus.
What we offer
Open-ended contract - To be filled as soon as possible - Based in Ferques (62)
Full-time 35h/week - Daytime or shift work (5h-12h/12h-19h)
