Cosylva
Cosylva is a family business founded in 1982 and based in Bourganeuf, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Specializing in the manufacture and cutting of glued laminated timber structures, mainly in French Douglas fir, it has established itself as a recognized player in the sector thanks to its technical expertise, the quality of its support services, and the reliability of its products.
With two PEFC-certified manufacturing sites and an annual capacity of up to 20,000 m³, Cosylva controls its French wood supplies and actively contributes to sustainable forest management. The company works closely with design offices, carpenters, and general contractors, offering comprehensive support ranging from consulting and preliminary studies to custom manufacturing.

James
James is a family-owned business based in Normandy, founded in 1950 and recognized as one of France's leading players in the field of glued laminated timber structures. With its roots in forestry and sawmilling, the company has evolved to become a benchmark in engineered wood, combining technical expertise, innovation, and quality.
Based in Brécey, in the heart of the Mont-Saint-Michel bay, James designs and manufactures frames and structures for agricultural, equestrian, industrial, and commercial buildings, as well as for sports and cultural facilities. With 19,000 m² of workshops, an integrated design office, a testing laboratory, and robotized production lines, the company controls the entire chain, from the choice of wood to on-site installation.
Its teams, specially trained in large spans and heights, carry out projects in France and internationally. Committed to a strong environmental approach, James uses eco-certified wood and continuously invests in cutting-edge technologies (digital machining, automation, robotization).
With 100 employees, a turnover of more than €20 million, and iconic projects such as Bo Ranch and Haras de Hus, James has established itself as a trusted partner for timber construction projects combining performance, sustainability, and technical expertise.
