Your missions
Working alongside the 8-strong design office team, you will be responsible for :
- Analyze customer requests and study their feasibility
- Manage complex studies in project mode
- Design refractory solutions from specifications using CAD tools
- Propose one or more solutions adapted to customer needs
- Quote solutions and consult suppliers
- Have the solution(s) validated by a business expert and/or the engineering department manager
- Assist site managers and/or customers during on-site construction
- Monitor project performance
As both technician and project manager, your assignments can be of varying lengths. Our customers are in the heat treatment, iron and steel, foundry, cement industries, etc.
Expected skills
To succeed in this assignment, you will have demonstrated your technical knowledge and expertise in a similar role. Your listening and interpersonal skills enable you to interact easily with your various contacts (sales, customers). You have good listening and analytical skills, and are comfortable using CAD tools (Solidworks, Autocad). At ease with costing, you are recognized as pragmatic and methodical.

The position is based at TRB Décines-Charpieu (69) with flexible daytime hours, at 39 h/Week. Salary package includes vacation bonus, end-of-year bonus, target bonus and RTT. Profit-sharing and fringe benefits not included. 2 days teleworking possible after the integration period
