As part of a team of seven, you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of the machinery and equipment in our glued laminated timber production facilities and sawmill.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify the problem, develop and seek solutions
  • Perform and arrange for repairs to be performed
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and proactively identify malfunctions
  • Participate in planning interventions to avoid production stoppages
  • Propose and carry out improvement work, participate in the completion of certain new projects and investments

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

Graduate with at least a vocational baccalaureate in systems maintenance or electrical engineering.

  • Comfortable with computers,
  • Proficiency in electrical standards, reading blueprints, and manufacturer’s manuals
  • Curious, thorough, and a team player
  • Qualified to work at heights and to perform work on electrical equipment with the appropriate certification; ideally, BR, BC, B2V, and Ho electrical certifications
  • Four years of experience in maintenance is required.
  • Interest in hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Knowledge of automation systems is preferred
