Mission
Working alongside the blast furnace maintenance and repair team, your responsibilities will include :
Analyze manufacturing constraints
- Study manufacturing files and participate in defining manufacturing methods
- Translate specifications into production objectives
- Determine workload plans (raw material requirements, subcontracted parts, resources, etc.)
- Plan production objectives, investments and resources for the short and medium term
Manage manufacturing
- Set production targets
- Monitor the manufacturing process and results in relation to specifications
- Monitor the implementation of investments in line with the defined budget
- Guarantee costs, response times and monitor manufacturing quality
- Comply with safety and quality standards for the manufacturing process
- Regularly analyze production monitoring indicators (reporting data, dashboards, etc.)
- Build or improve performance indicators and take the necessary readjustment measures
Improve process reliability
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for industrial organization
- Participate in production tool modernization projects to reduce manufacturing lead times and costs
- Keep abreast of technical and industrial developments in the market and the competition
- Perform preventive maintenance
Monitoring customer relations
- Check that orders delivered to customers comply with specifications and respect cost, quality and lead-time constraints
HSE/Quality
- Integrate site HSE and quality requirements and ensure compliance with rules
Your profile
To succeed in this assignment, you will need industrial site management skills, ideally acquired through work experience in blast furnaces. Knowledge of maintenance tooling and maintenance in general is desirable. You are rigorous, adaptable and responsive, and are able to challenge your teams. You are sensitive to HSE regulations. You have a good command of Excel and computers.
