CNC Operator (M/F)

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who would like to join our rapidly growing company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read the specific instructions and gather the necessary tools,
• Load the size file and transfer it to the CNC,
• Perform preliminary tests: CNC control, surface machining, Z-axis and Y-axis positioning,
• Position and secure the trestles according to the machining operations to be performed.
• Start the pruning cycle after confirming the settings,
• Handle parts along with the housings and bridges,
• Secure the offcuts to prevent splintering,
• Remove any debris and keep the work area clean.
• Monitor production according to the relevant forms,
• Identify non-compliant parts and prepare a report if necessary,
• Perform simple alterations and organize the order of alterations or finishing touches,
• Stack and pack the packages if no returns are required,
• Keep production information up to date (reference, tonnage, shipping, etc.)

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

REQUIRED SKILLS

You have experience in machining, are familiar with CNC systems, or are interested in learning the trade.
You are methodical, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team, while also being able to work independently. You are organized, calm, and eager to contribute to a growing workshop.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Permanent position

This is a full-time, shift-based position (morning/afternoon/night shifts) with a 35-hour workweek, under a permanent contract, based in Bourganeuf in the Creuse department, 30 minutes from Guéret.
