Refractory Site Manager – MOBILE (M/F)

How about joining TRB REFRACTAIRES as a foreman on our mobile construction sites?

You will organize, carry out, and supervise construction projects and ensure that they are completed in accordance with the client's requirements.

To do this, you will help determine the equipment, personnel, and time required to complete the projects. You will monitor the progress of the projects: what has been completed and what remains to be done.

You will be responsible for drafting incident reports.

You manage teams (employees and subcontractors) and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

You manage the inventory of materials and tools needed to carry out construction projects.

You may also be required to perform maintenance, demolition, welding, masonry, and shotcrete work.

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

You have significant experience in construction site management in the refractory industry, ideally with a specialization or in-depth knowledge of the installation of refractory materials.
You have solid experience in team management and technical supervision, along with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) is required.
You must demonstrate independence, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate the various stakeholders on the job site. A thorough understanding of safety standards is essential to succeed in this demanding position.

This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. A company car is provided.
