How about joining Cosylva as a finishing team leader?

In our workshop of around twenty people, you will be responsible for the finishing stages of our parts and for delivering products that meet quality, cost, and deadline targets, in compliance with safety regulations.

Management:
Organize and supervise the work of the processing, finishing, cutting, and assembly teams
Plan schedules and team sizes based on the provisional schedule
Ensure staff training

Production:
Monitor and report on the progress of current orders, team productivity
and any problems encountered
Check product quality and compliance
Ensure that control, packaging, and checking documents are drawn up
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of portable equipment in conjunction with maintenance
Organize and ensure that tools are sharpened
Ensure production during one-off and exceptional requests
Be a source of proposals for improving the functioning of the department

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

As a trained carpenter/joiner, you have gained experience in carpentry work.

You know how to read a structural plan, use the appropriate tools, and repair wood.
An excellent communicator with strong adaptability skills, you know how to motivate your teams to achieve the company's objectives and their own development.
Your technical and interpersonal skills enable you to facilitate communication with other departments within the company while ensuring smooth production and customer satisfaction.
Aware of the challenges of the position, you enjoy taking initiative, defending your ideas, and suggesting improvements (knowledge of methodologies, 5S, etc.) with the aim of creating a productive and efficient work environment.

The position is full-time, 35 hours per week. The work is shift-based (morning/afternoon). The workplace is located in Bourganeuf, between Guéret and Limoges.
