Work-study industrial performance manager F/H

You
You're in engineering school and want to focus on industrial performance. You're looking for a work-study program to complete your 12- to 24-month course at the start of the next academic year.
You have a good grasp of the fundamentals of production, maintenance and logistics management, and are interested in continuous improvement methods and leading collaborative projects. You are curious, methodical, a good teacher and at ease with computers.
Your apprenticeship
TRB, a family-run business with 150 employees in France, part of the CB Group, specializes in the manufacture of refractory solutions for industry, with sales of €80 million and an international presence.
Accompanied by the TRB Production Manager, your mission will be to: help modernize production tools, optimize workstations, participate in CMMS, build preventive maintenance operations and improve logistics flows.
You will work in close collaboration with our production team, located in Nesles, with our laboratory and design office.
You may also interact with the Group's support departments (HSE, purchasing).
The position is based at TRB in Nesles near Boulogne-sur-mer. 35h/week.
Vacation bonus and year-end bonus in addition to monthly salary.
Can be started as an internship or during the summer.
