TRB Réfractaires, rewarded for its commitment

Last October 3rd, Transitions Pro Hauts-de-France organized its annual "Trophées de la Reconversion" awards ceremony.

This unique event celebrates the remarkable career reorientation achievements of salaried beneficiaries, as well as the companies that support these initiatives. Several prizes were awarded during the evening, and the TRB Refractories was awarded the "Hauts de France Company" award for its commitment to the professional retraining of its teams.

TRB Refractories: A Committed Sector

Leader in refractory materials, products from the TRB products are indispensable in sectors such as metallurgy, energy and ceramics. The company continually invests in research and development to improve its products. This approach enables TRB to combine innovation and know-how, enabling it to offer innovative refractory solutions tailored to customer requirements for almost eight decades.

A commitment in line with the CB Group's raison d'être

This program was initially conceived when planning the move of the production plant to Loon-Plage, and continued long after the plant was maintained at the Nesles site, demonstrating the company's determination to prepare employees whose jobs were threatened.

These initiatives have enabled ten employees who have benefited from these programs to acquire and develop new skills adapted to current developments in industry and the job market. Eight of these ten valiant employees have obtained a professional qualification in automated plant operation.
