In the Rhône-Alpes region, Carrières Blanc produces one million tonnes a year of aggregates, riprap and backfill at five sites (départements 01, 38, 74). The materials extracted from the various deposits are mainly destined for the building and public works market.

Reporting to the Rhône Alpes Area Manager, you will be responsible for building customer loyalty and developing a portfolio of professional customers (public works, civil engineering and construction sites), by providing them with advice and solutions tailored to their needs.

Your main tasks will be to :

  • Meet customers, identify and prospect new customers,
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Responding to calls for tender/quoting,
  • Regularly relaunch quotations to optimize the order book,
  • Manage customer tariffs, update them and send them to customers on time
  • Monitor orders and payments, and handle complaints,
  • Provide technical advice to customers,
  • Draw up a budget for your zone and an action plan to achieve your objectives.

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

With a BAC +2 in sales/commerce, you have 2 to 4 years' successful experience in aggregates and building materials and/or trading, in the building and civil engineering sectors. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
