In the Rhône-Alpes region, Carrières Blanc produces one million tonnes a year of aggregates, riprap and backfill at five sites (départements 01, 38, 74). The materials extracted from the various deposits are mainly destined for the building and public works market.

Driven by your sense of customer satisfaction, organized and reactive, we offer you the opportunity to work at several levels within the team:

• Record orders and plan aggregate deliveries
• Optimize the means of transport used: choice of departure depot, reduction of empty mileage, competition between carriers, negotiation of the best rate.
• Communicate delivery schedules to carriers and depot scales
• Acknowledge receipt of orders and confirm feasibility in terms of quantity and lead time in response to customer requests
• Check the previous day's removals every day
• Ensure that stock is available at the various depots in line with sales forecasts
• Manage day-to-day delivery contingencies (delays, errors, etc.) and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle and monitor administrative files through to invoicing

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

This job is for you if you have at least 2 years' experience as a transport manager (road).

You are dynamic, rigorous and enjoy teamwork. You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive and solution-oriented.

You are familiar with transport regulations. You like diversified days.

Your knowledge of customs will be a plus.

The position is full-time (39h over 5 days), and is based in IZERNORE (Ain 01).
