Numerical Control Programmer
How about joining Cosylva as a CNC programmer?
As part of a team of four people, you will carry out pruning programs on numerically controlled machines.
Based on the 3D plans, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Reading and analyzing plans
- Identification of different manufacturing operations and scheduling of machining operations
- Creation of 2D manufacturing control plans
- Choice of the most suitable means of production, cycle times
- Selection and optimization of the most suitable tools
- Launching programming on different machines
- Preparation and adjustments on different machines
- Optimization of settings to improve productivity (lead times, costs, quality)
- Quality control and product compliance during manufacturing
- If necessary, trim the machine.
YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB
REQUIRED SKILLS
From a technical standpoint, knowledge of reading plans and understanding of machining types are required. Proficiency in CAD and CAM software is required, ideally Cadwork.
The position requires logical thinking, rigor, and methodicalness, as well as good teamwork skills.
EXPECTED PROFILE
With training in industrial product design or mechanical and production engineering management, the position is open to recent graduates.
An internal training course will be offered on the various CNC machines, tools, and specialized CADWORK software.
Position available immediately, offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent
