As a QSE Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:

Risk management:

• Deploy and promote a culture of safety,
• Identify, analyze, and monitor risks (occupational health and safety, environment) and corrective actions.
• Manage the progress of HSE actions in collaboration with the group,
• Analyze any accident or near accident in the field.

Awareness raising and support:

• Train and raise awareness among employees,
• Ensure a field presence to verify regulatory compliance,
• Drive regulatory compliance,
• Be the main point of contact for teams, support external interventions,
• Lead the CSR initiative in collaboration with the group.

Controls:

• Schedule regulatory inspections and maintain records,
• Update reports and audit service providers.

Quality:

• conduct audits
• design and develop the quality management system
• manage certifications
• identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions

YOUR STRENGTHS FOR THE JOB

You have a background in quality, QHSE, or similar experience in industry. You are familiar with the audit process and, ideally, have already conducted audits. You are thorough and a good team player. You are familiar with HSE procedures.
